EVERYTHING requires a PRO License

A useful app, that would benefit from bring able to set the magnitude threshold higher. There are too many 5.x quakes. I would like to be able to set a threshold of magnitude 6 or 7 as well.

Alter algorithm to organize earthquakes by the continent they occur on having all the dated just being displayed on one chart is very inefficient

Used this app for years. Now it says cannot verify pro version and locks up!!! Developer responded to my email and resolved the problem.

Our planet is changing, you know our planet is changing. Climate change is an easy conversation. But, now these earthquakes have changed direction it’s not just the Madrid fault line.. North Texas, south Texas Tonite, from Austin to Mexico 4.5 ? I’m repeating what my daughter told me. The quake was 3 miles away SE of them. Been following every quake over the past decade. I’m setting here typing to you. Another Rat island, Aleutian island off shore. 5.2 these quakes are becoming more consistent. Make yeah wonder why we haven’t been hearing about Yellow Stone ???? Curious Change in our Atmosphere. Ocean, keeping that eye on South Pacific, changing in marine life The wildlife, All species of fowl. Ground Insects have changed here. Most people on our planet. They live everyday oblivious of our planet. How many people are on this planet. Maybe what 3% of us pays attention. It’s all good

Why did I see yesterday, on Wednesday a report that there was a 5.9 earthquake in San Francisco? I occasionally see all these erroneous reports, why?

I can see where to select alerts. I don’t see a way to limit the announcements to land or sea so that I’m not getting so many world wide alerts everyday. I live close to the Pacific Ocean, I wanted to be aware of tsunamis, but not every quake in the Worlds seas. This has been a very big eye-opener for me to see how alive the earth really is with its continuous movements, thank you for that awakening!

This app is useless unless you pay for the pro version so don’t bother to download it

La aplicación no esta mal pero se puede poner la información de los hechos exactamente porque aveces dicen hubo un temblor en lugar y enseña otro lugar con mayor impacto un lugar cercano por ejemplo si hubo uno en Aguadilla y dice 3 o 4 puntos como es posible que hayan sido diferentes si es el mismo pueblo tal vez yo estoy confundido pero lo veo como que no creo mucho en algunos casos cuál es la verdadera magnitud del terremoto..Gracias

Excellent no nonsense app!

I bought the Pro Version with my first Apple ID. Everything was fine. We moved countries and I created a new Apple ID. We didn’t know you couldn’t just change the country within the ID. Everything went fine for years with app, updates were fine with the new Apple ID. Until today the App disabled the pro version. It says the App was bought with a different ID. That’s right, but all these years the App was fine with the new  ID, and now it’s not?!?! 😡

I live in Imperial Valley, we have quakes everyday and the app is not up to date. For example today we had around four quakes since the morning and the last before midnight and the app is not reporting them unless I pay for the pro version.

I love this app! I have alert set to within 300 miles of my home in Fort Collins. (3.0 +) and I got an alert last night! I also love the coverage of small quakes globally on the map option. Easy to zoom around and keep up to date all around the world.

Shows what is important. Especially when hackers don’t block the app on the internet. Hackers block a lot of my apps. Especially the Pro Version added on to the app.

The app cites a distance from the nearest town/city. I don’t care. I want to know the distance from *me*.

Nice to have a look at the whole globe.

I hate apps that claim to be free but when you want to use the app, they keep asking you sign up for the premium version

I like the idea of having everything in one place earthquakes,Tsunami’s,ect.I also like the fact that I can also check for. Tsunami’s and real time earthquakes all over the globe. This is why th best site I have seen.

Great app great information well, set up. There’s definitely not an early warning system, though there can be a delay between earthquake and reported to the app, sometimes 20 minutes late, but accurate and correct time when the information gets here.

I’ve been using this site for personal research for a few years. I have found it to be reliable and most useful.

I have the Pro version and find the app reliable and well thought out. The caveat is having no way to customize alerts to a limited parameter around your location.

This is the best and most accurate app ever!!! I have the pro version, but the standard version is just as good! I've used this app for many years now and indeed a very satisfied customer!!

Gets stuck on the first screen. Unusable.

Informative. Great user interface, color and location-magnitude indicators. It is super valuable; I got the Pro version. I have an iPhone 12 screen size. Two suggestions: First, allow the country and Island text names to be larger for readability; as I zoom in to read the location name because it is too small, the text correspondingly becomes smaller, thereby never getting to see nor read the larger text name, and at the max zoom the name disappears while the other text names do get larger and are readable. Perhaps a sliding scale to let us choose the text size, or a choice of three text sizes for us to choose, S M L. Second, allow us to have a finger touch offset to where the actual screen information will be shown. As I slide finger on earthquakes, especially clusters, I don’t know which location is being read with its pop-up screen. Perhaps an option of a slider that moves the effective touch area upwards from the physical touched area with a small bubble to show the area being selected. It will remove frustration. Just read a review by someone raising the ethical practice of moving free features to the Pro version. I updated the app today only to find the widget no longer works unless I upgrade to Pro. I do not think it ethical to provide the Widget free for years and now to force on to buy the Pro version if they want to keep using the widget. So sad no one can be trusted these days.

My pro version was selected to give me Beverly Hills calif but it shows any quakes anywhere it used to work but no longer. Also cannot add locations because options are grayed out

I used to love this app to see what was happening with many of my loved ones in the western USA. Now, we have to pay to see what is happening / get alerts? What the heck !!

I am in a high seismic area. It’s a new fault that recently “woke up.” I feel movement and hear sounds every day, several times a day and night. Big and small. I notice on the app that other people report them as well but then this app never shows the recording of it. There were at least two last night in the 3-4 range. Others felt it too. And this app shows nothing or just a 1-2 at other times. It’s not accurate, and very slow to report the bigger ones if at all.

There needs to be a setting in which we set a certain state and county, and it automatically opens to that UNLESS turned off. Specially with an app that we pay money for the upgraded version. Fix it plz

I’m a big fan of this app. Literally living in the shadow of one of the greatest volcano’s in the north west I like to know how the ground underneath my feet feels and not paying attention to my surroundings go’s against my longevity
